This page is a heartfelt tribute to my mum and the incredible recipes she learnt directly from both my yiayiades. Growing up, these were the dishes that filled our family table, the ones made for Sunday lunches, Easter, Christmas, or when someone was sick - shout out to Avgolemono! Here you’ll find some of her most loved recipes, from λάχανο με κρέας (cabbage with meat) and παστίτσιο (Greek lasagne) to αυγολέμονο σούπα (lemon chicken soup), καριδόπιτα (walnut syrup cake) and plenty more. And before anyone asks, yes, she is still very much alive. This isn’t a memorial page. She’d probably kill me if I made it sound like one.

I don’t come from a professional kitchen; just one shaped by family, tradition, and the recipes passed down over time. This is where I share those dishes, along with the ones I’ve come to love making myself. I hope it feels like home.
